Kayla Nicole, the former longtime girlfriend of NFL star Travis Kelce, isn’t one to shy away from speaking her mind.
During an appearance on Straight to Cam, the podcast hosted by WNBA star Cameron Brink, Nicole delivered what she called a “confession” and a “hot take” on a topic that’s rarely discussed so candidly: underwear
Nicole, a Pepperdine University alum and current host of the I Am Athlete Daily podcast, used the platform to share her personal stance on the undergarment debate.
“This is my confession,” Nicole announced on the show. “Wearing underwear is entirely overrated. More women need to do what Sexyy Red says and let that [expletive] breathe.”
Though her take might seem provocative at first glance, Nicole did acknowledge there are certain moments when practicality takes precedence over preference.
“There are certain circumstances where I do think you need to put on underwear, like denim or a short skirt,” she added. It was a clarification that offered balance to her bold stance, revealing that while comfort is a priority, she still considers context and hygiene in her wardrobe decisions.
