Taylor Swift’s producer drops hint about an important decision the singer will soon be making.

It’s been a quiet stretch for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce since the Kansas City Chiefs tight end lifted his third Super Bowl trophy in February.

The couple has stayed out of the limelight, seen only sparingly in public, while Swift takes a breather after wrapping 149 performances across her record-setting Eras Tour

But behind the scenes, the pop megastar might be gearing up for her next musical move-and fans think her producer just dropped a major clue.

Swift’s 11th studio album, The Tortured Poets Department, didn’t walk away with any Grammy wins but smashed countless records, including 17 weeks atop the Billboard 200 in a single calendar year.

It’s also the fastest album to reach 2 billion streams on Spotify, a testament to her continued global dominance.

While the first two singles, “Fortnight” featuring Post Malone and “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart,” have been on heavy rotation, speculation is now swirling over what’s coming next.

The latest spark? A short but loaded tweet from her longtime collaborator Jack Antonoff.

Fans Think Antonoff’s Favorite Track Might Be Swift’s Next Release
On April 5, Antonoff wrote on X: “into the fresh out the slammer thing that is my favorite on the album.”
The comment set Swift’s dedicated fanbase ablaze with theories that “Fresh Out the Slammer” might be getting the single treatment next.

The emotionally charged track, which explores themes of liberation and betrayal, has already emerged as a sleeper hit among fans. Antonoff’s tweet, which has since racked up over 40,000 likes, only intensified the buzz.

One fan pleaded directly, “Jack please tell Taylor that we want it to be a single.” Another added, “This is cryptically suspicious. Jack, do you have something you’d like to share with the class? Like maybe a MV [music video] for the song?”

Theories gained even more traction when fans recalled Antonoff’s similar praise of “august” from Folklore-a song that later became a seasonal favorite and critical darling. “He said the same thing ab ‘august’ and then it became a sessional hit… HOLD,” one user pointed out.

Antonoff, who’s worked with Swift for nearly a decade, told TIME in a 2023 interview that making The Tortured Poets Department was “the ultimate.”

“It vacillates so much emotionally that I felt like it was truly what it’s like to be alive right now,” he said. “It was a whirlwind to make it. I love it so much for that reason.”
