Travis Kelce’s ex Kayla Nicole appears to have clapped back at Taylor Swift after fans claimed the pop superstar took a not-so-subtle shot at her on the new album The Life of a Showgirl.

The buzz erupted online after listeners speculated that Swift, 35, was referencing Nicole, 33, in the track Opalite — a song she’s admitted is about Kelce, 36, whom Nicole dated on and off for five years until 2022.

Lyrics like, ‘You couldn’t understand it, why you felt alone / You were in it for real, she was in her phone / And you were just a pose,’ were quickly pegged as a dig at Nicole, who Kelce once publicly scolded for constantly being on her phone.
