Brittany Mahomes celebrates full recovery and promotes pet safety
Three months after revealing her back injury, the wife of the 3 times Super Bowl champion Patrick Mahomes and mother to Sterling and Patrick Jr. shared that she is now fully healed.
After sustaining a back fracture in March, Brittany Mahomes, provided an update on her recovery in an exclusive interview with E! News discussing PetSafe’s Guardian GPS + Tracking collar.
Brittany’s health update follows her lighthearted advice to new moms regarding pelvic floor issues post-childbirth. In an old Instagram Story, she wrote, “Just a friendly reminder: After having kids, take care of your pelvic floor. Seriously,” and signed off as “A girl with a fractured back.”
The 28-year-old mentioned that she has returned to her regular exercise routine, stating, “I’m finally back to full strength and able to engage in all my usual activities.
Maintaining my health is a priority.” Brittany attributed her speedy recovery to her dedication to staying active and fit for the benefit of her children and pets.
