Ben Affleck showed off an edgy new haircut as rumors about his relationship status with wife Jennifer Lopez continue.

Ben Affleck has given himself a new edge. The 51-year-old showed off a newly buzzed faux-hawk haircut while out and about in Los Angeles Aug. 3.

Affleck complemented his new ‘do with a Red Hot Chili Peppers shirt, jeans, and a black leather jacket. The Oscar winner was noticeably missing a key accessory as he was not wearing his wedding ring amid ongoing rumors that he and wife Jennifer Lopez are calling it quits after two years of marriage.

The speculation about their relationship status has only been fueled as the duo have made some eyebrow-raising real estate transitions over the last few weeks.

On July 24, Affleck closed escrow on a five-bedroom estate in Los Angeles, while Lopez finalized the sale of her New York City penthouse that same day. The date also marked Lopez’s 55th birthday, which she celebrated with a Bridgerton-themed bash in the Hamptons, while the Oscar winner remained on the opposite coast. The stars previously listed their Beverly Hills estate for $68 million. They also spent their second wedding anniversary apart, choosing not to mark the occasion on social media.

The Hustlers star, who shares twins Max and Emme, 16, with ex-husband, Marc Anthony, previously canceled her This Is Me Live Tour to spend time with family amid the split rumors.
